Video: Invisible in Plain Sight

Too often, women’s lives are invisible in policymaking, leaving them invisible in plain sight.

We can work to change this through gender analysis.

Invisible in Plain Sight is a short animation that brings to life key themes from our Theory to Action project. It explores how tools such as impact assessments can encourage more informed, inclusive, and effective policymaking by highlighting women’s needs and experiences.

If we want policies that work for everyone, we need to ensure women’s lives are visible in the evidence that shapes decisions and helps reduce inequalities.
